Customer Opt Out Window

The Customer Opt Out window is used to unsubscribe a customer from receiving campaign communications for a specified period of time.

To access the Customer Opt Out window, click the (Customer Opt Out) icon on the Lead Sheet panel.

To unsubscribe the customer, select a time frame during which campaign communications should not be sent in the Opt Out Duration field and enter the reason for unsubscribing in the Reason field. Then click the OPT OUT button. The Customer Opt Out window closes, and the customer is unsubscribed.

In addition, the following information displays in the Recent Contact section of the Lead Sheet panel:

  • (Customer Opt Out) icon

  • Date the customer was unsubscribed

  • Entry in the Reason field on the Customer Opt Out window

  • User ID of the employee who unsubscribed the customer

The following items are available on the Customer Opt Out window.

Opt Out Duration: Select the timeframe during which the customer should be unsubscribed.

Reason: Enter the reason for unsubscribing the customer.
